Ground-nut(pea-nut) chilli powder
Groundnut(pea-nut) is an easily available nut all over the world,rich in fat and iron. It is good for children.
hardly digestible.
INGREDIENTS
cleaned ground-nuts--2 cups
orad dal----(2 tsp)
coriander seeds(dhania) (2 tsp)
toor dal(2 tsp)
bengal gram(2 tsp)
red chilli(4 nos)
cashew nuts(2 tsp)
sesame (2tsp)
pepper--2tsp
curry leaves- 2 strings
salt to taste
garlic cloves---2,3(optional)
kopparai(dried coconut) 1/2 cup
PREPARATION
To prepare Ground-nut chilli powder,fry all the above items without oil.grind nice powder,
store it in a sterlised bottle.
For prepare this rice spread 2 cups boiled rice in plate add,gingly oil ,groundnut-chilli powdertemper with mustard seeds, orad dhall,curryleaves, cashew nutsdecorate with nuts,grated carrots (optional).
