THATTAI


THATTAI

By using the above flour,we can also prepare THATTAI.
For two cups flour add 2 tsp fried bengal gram powder(chutney dhall)
2tsp butter,2 tsp ground nuts,1 tsp sesame, one pinch cooking soda(soda bi carb)
mix well like a chappathi dough. make avery small balls (like gooseberries),press with a bowl
or with fingers in a white cloth. deep fry till golden brown .to avoid reddishness keep the stove in medium flame.
