CABBAGE CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
  1. CABBAGE GRATED ---1 CUP
  2. COCONUT -----1/2 CUP (OR)
  3. TOMATO ----1/2 CUP.
  4. GINGER(GRATED)---1 TSP
  5. TAMARIND JUICE ----1 TSP
  6. GREEN CHILLY(CHOPPED) ----1 NO
  7. SALT' TO TASTE.
  8. OIL ----1 TSP
  9. ONION, CORIANDER LEAVES ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
    OPTIONAL. FOR TEMPERING
  10. MUSTERD SEEDS
  11. CURRY-LEAVES


PREPARATION

WASH AND PEEL-OFF CARROT SKIN, GRATE AND KEEP ASIDE.CURD SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,JEERA ,CHILLI.,CARRROT,AND COCONUT.
MIX. ,ONION,CHOPPED CARROT,CHILLY,COCONUT AND SALT.WAIT FOR 10 MINS
REFRIGEATE. AND SERVE CHILL.
INSTEAD OF CARROT,WE MAY ADD CHOPPED MANGOS.

GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
