WASH AND PEEL-OFF CARROT & CUCUMBER SKINS, GRATE AND KEEP ASIDE.CURD SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,CHILLI.SQUEESE WELL CUCUMBER,CARRROT,AND COCONUT.
MIX. PEPPER,JEERA,ONION,CHOPPED CARROT,CHILLY,COCONUT AND SALT.WAIT FOR 10 MINS
REFRIGEATE. AND SERVE.
INSTEAD OF CARROT,WE MAY ADD CHOPPEDMANGO.
INSTEAD OF RAVA ,WE MAY USE NORMAL BATTER.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
