CORIANDER (LEAVES) RAITHA

INGREDIENTS
  1. CORIANDER(LEAVES) RAITHA ---1 CUP
  2. YOGURT -----1 CUP (OR)
  3. CURD ----2 CUPS.
  4. COCONUT(GRATED)---4 TSP
  5. JEERA ----1 TSP
  6. GREEN CHILLY(CHOPPED) ----1 NO
  7. SALT' TO TASTE.
  8. OIL ----1 TSP
  9. ONION, ---- 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
    OPTIONAL.


PREPARATION

WASH,CLEAN AND CHOP CORIANDER(LEAVES) AND KEEP ASIDE.CURD SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,JEERA ,CHILLI.
MIX ONION,CHOPPED CARROT,CHILLY,COCONUT AND SALT.WAIT FOR 10 MINS
REFRIGEATE. AND SERVE CHILL.
INSTEAD OF CARROT,WE MAY ADD CHOPPED MANGOS.
WE CAN ALSO PREPARE THIS RAITHA ONLY WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
