CORIANDER CHUTNEY

 
INGREDIENTS
  1. CORIANDER ---1 BUNCH
  2. COCONUT -----1/2 CUP (OR)
  3. TOMATO ----1/2 CUP.
  4. GINGER(GRATED)---1 TSP
  5. TAMARIND JUICE ----1 TSP
  6. GREEN CHILLY(CHOPPED) ----1 NO
  7. SALT' TO TASTE.
  8. OIL ----1 TSP
  9. ONION--- 1 MEDIUM SIZE
    OPTIONAL.
    FOR TEMPERING
  10. MUSTERD SEEDS
  11. ASAFOETIDA



PREPARATION

WASH AND CLEAN CORIANDER LEAVES. HEAT OIL,FRY GRATED ,COCONUT,TOMATO,ONION AND CHILLY. KEEP ASIDE.
ADD CORIANDER LEAVES SALT,TAMARIND JUICE, GRIND NICELY.
MIX WELL,SERVE WITH ANY TIFFIN-ITEMS.

TEMPER WITH MUSTERD SEEDS,ASAFOETIDA.
