KARA-CHEVU
it is a tasty ,crispy evening snacks.
Take one cup flour,2 tsp corn powder,2 tsp fried gram powder.
3 tsp vanaspathi or oil.coarsely powederd pepper 2 tsp.
heat vanaspathi or oil ,mix all items.
heat oil in am medium flame, using chevu mode prepare
chevu.
make sugar syrub (one string consistency) add chevus(without hot)
we can prepare sweet-chevus for childrens.
