INGREDIANTS-
- lemon juice(6 tsp)
- mustardseeds(1 tsp)
- green peas (3 tsp")
- bengal gram(2 tsp)
- urad dal(2 tsp)
- ground nuts(4 tsp)
- chillies (green or red)(4 nos)
- curry leaves(as required)
PREPARATION-
prepare lemon juice(to avoid bitterness of any citric acid (vitamin c) containing fruit's add two pinches of salt or sugar), fry mustardseeds,bengal gram,orad dhall,ground nuts,chillies,curry leaves etc.
