Mixed-Veg Rice


Mixed-veg rice


INGREDIENTS-
  1. boiled rice-2 cups(BASMATHI RICE PREFERED)
  2. onion -4 nos
  3. capcicum -1/2 cup
  4. caram masala powder(1 tsp)
  5. beans (2cups)
  6. green peas(4 tsp)
  7. green (or) red chilli(2 nos)
  8. red beans -1/2 cup
  9. baby corn -2
  10. ginger-garlic paste(2 tsp)
  11. ghee(2 tsp)
  12. red-chilli powder
  13. mint leaves- 2 strings
  14. grated coconut(4tsps)
  15. grated carrot,(2 tsp)
  16. coriander leaves
  17. aji-o-motto 1/2 tsp(optional)
  18. lemon--- 1/2
  19. salt to taste
  20. cashew nuts(2 tsp) (or)
  21. ground(pea-nuts) nuts(2tsp)

    for decoration
PREPARATION-

Boil basmathi (or) any rice with light salt. cut carrot,beans,capsicum in 1 inch length-size
.cut onion in long-size deep fry
ginger-garlic paste,add cut veggies fry some more time
don't add water.add our preparation masala powder.
squeese lemon, Spread rice in a plate,add ghee and the above veg-mix,a pinch turmeric powder.

In the above receipe aji-o-motto,lemon are optional.you can prepare the rice
with any 4,5 vegetables.
