MIXURE RAITHA


INGREDIENTS
  1. MIXTURE ---1 CUP
  2. YOGURT -----1 CUP (OR)
  3. CURD ----2 CUPS.
  4. COCONUT(GRATED)---4 TSP
  5. MUSTERD SEEDS ----1 TSP
  6. GREEN CHILLY(CHOPPED) ----1 NO
  7. OIL ----1 TSP
    OPTIONAL: CORIANDER LEAVES.

PREPARATION

CURD SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,CHILLI.
MIX WITH THE CURD AND REFRIGEATE.TO KEEP CRISPYNESS . ADD MIXTURE AT THE TIME OF SERVING . SERVE CHILL.
THIS IS AN INSTANT RAITHA,THIS IS FOR UN-EXPECTED GUESTS
OR VEGETABLES ARE NOT AVAILABLE WE MAY PREPARE THIS EASILY. GOOD SIDE-DISH FOR VARIRTY RICES.
INSTEAD OF MIXTURE ,WE MAY USE KURKURE,ANY CHIPS(CRUSH&USE). PAKODAS,VADA PIECES.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
