MIXED CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
  1. CABBAGE GRATED ---1 CUP
  2. COCONUT -----1/2 CUP (OR)
  3. TOMATO ----1/2 CUP.
  4. GINGER(GRATED)---1 TSP
  5. MINT LEAVES ----4 STRINGS
  6. TAMARIND JUICE ----1 TSP
  7. GREEN CHILLY ----2 NOS
  8. RED CHILLI -------3 NOS
  9. SALT' TO TASTE.
  10. OIL ----1 TSP
  11. ONION, CORIANDER LEAVES ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
    OPTIONAL.
    FOR TEMPERING
  12. MUSTERD SEEDS
  13. CURRY-LEAVES


PREPARATION

HEAT OIL,FRY GRATED CABBAGE ,COCONUT,TOMTO,ONION ,MINT AND CHILLIESS. KEEP ASIDE.
ADD SALT,TAMARIND JUICE, GRIND NICELY.
TEMPER WITH MUSTERD SEEDS,CURRY-LEAVES
MIX WELL,SERVE WITH ANY TIFFIN-ITEMS.

GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
