- CABBAGE GRATED ---1 CUP
- COCONUT -----1/2 CUP (OR)
- TOMATO ----1/2 CUP.
- GINGER(GRATED)---1 TSP
- MINT LEAVES ----4 STRINGS
- TAMARIND JUICE ----1 TSP
- GREEN CHILLY ----2 NOS
- RED CHILLI -------3 NOS
- SALT' TO TASTE.
- OIL ----1 TSP
- ONION, CORIANDER LEAVES ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
OPTIONAL.
FOR TEMPERING - MUSTERD SEEDS
- CURRY-LEAVES
PREPARATION
HEAT OIL,FRY GRATED CABBAGE ,COCONUT,TOMTO,ONION ,MINT AND CHILLIESS. KEEP ASIDE.
ADD SALT,TAMARIND JUICE, GRIND NICELY.
TEMPER WITH MUSTERD SEEDS,CURRY-LEAVES
MIX WELL,SERVE WITH ANY TIFFIN-ITEMS.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
