Garlic-mint powder
we all know that garlic is a blood-purifier,
controls colestrol, gastric problems.helps digestion.mint helps to be brisk,improves
eye-sight, avoid tooth decay,strengthen gums.
INGREDIENTS
garlic cloves -8 nos
cleaned mint-2 cups
grated dry coconut(2 cups)
mustard seeds(1 tsp)
urad dal(2 tsp)
bengal gram(2 tsp)
pea nuts(4 tsp)
green (or) red chilli(2 nos)
cashew nuts(2 tsp)
ground nuts(2tsp)
curry leaves- 2 strings
grated carrot, coriander leaves(optional)
salt to taste
PREPARATION
Chop the garlic,and dry it. Dry the mint leaves in shadow till crispy,fry both(garlic,mint) in a empty kadai to avoid moisture.
fry musterd seeds,urad dal,bengal gram,red chilli,pea nut,asafotida with out oil.grind nice powder.
For prepare garlic -mint rice spread 2 cups boiled rice in plate add this powder and gingly oil,mix we
ll. fry mustard seeds with orad dhall,bengal gram green peas,red chillies,curryleaves,
cashew nutsdecorate with nuts,grated carrots (optional).
