FRIED GRAM (FRIED CHANNA DAL)
Fried gram is rich in protein and easily available everywhere.
INGREDIENTS
fried gram-200 gms
garlic cloves-3,4 nos
red chilli (or) red chilli powder-3 or 1tsp
coriander seeds-2tsp
turmeric powder-2 pinch
salt-as required
PREPARATION
first chop garlic cloves,fry without oil in a pan in lower flame
no moisture will be there lightly fry dhania,chilli and gram
add salt,turmeric and grind well. keep it in fridge.
while mixing rice ,add pure ghee will enhance taste.
