INGREDIENTS
- CHOPPED ONIONS -----1 CUP
- THICK CURD ----1CUP
- SLICED TOMATOS ---1 CUP(OPTIONAL)
- OIL --2 TSP
SALT TO TASTE. FOR TEMPERING - MUSTERD SEEDS----1 TSP
- CURRY LEAVES -----1 STRING FOR GARNISHING CHOPPED CORIANDER.
PREPARATION
HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTERD SEEDS,CURRY LEAVES .MIX WITH CURD.SQUEESE CHOPPED ONIONS,SALT
SHOULD BE MIXED WITH CURD,WHILE SERVING,(ONION JUICE MAY DILUTE RAITHA).
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
