ONION RAITHA

INGREDIENTS
  1. CHOPPED ONIONS -----1 CUP
  2. THICK CURD ----1CUP
  3. SLICED TOMATOS ---1 CUP(OPTIONAL)
  4. OIL --2 TSP
    SALT TO TASTE. FOR TEMPERING
  5. MUSTERD SEEDS----1 TSP
  6. CURRY LEAVES -----1 STRING FOR GARNISHING CHOPPED CORIANDER.
PREPARATION

HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTERD SEEDS,CURRY LEAVES .MIX WITH CURD.SQUEESE CHOPPED ONIONS,SALT
SHOULD BE MIXED WITH CURD,WHILE SERVING,(ONION JUICE MAY DILUTE RAITHA).
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
