PALAK RAITHA

INGREDIENTS
  1. CHOPPED PALAK ---1 CUP
  2. YOGURT -----1 CUP (OR)
  3. CURD ----2 CUPS.
  4. COCONUT(GRATED)---4 TSP
  5. JEERA ----1 TSP
  6. GREEN CHILLY(CHOPPED) ----1 NO
  7. SALT' TO TASTE.
  8. OIL ----1 TSP
  9. ONION, CORIANDER LEAVES ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
    OPTIONAL.
 

PREPARATION

WASH AND CHOP PALAK AND KEEP ASIDE.CURD SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,JEERA ,CHILLI.
MIX ,CHOPPED PALAK ,ONION,CHOPPED CARROT,CHILLY,COCONUT AND SALT.WAIT FOR 10 MINS
REFRIGEATE. AND SERVE CHILL.
INSTEAD OF CARROT,WE MAY ADD CHOPPED MANGOS.
WE CAN PREPARE THIS WITH ANY GREEN LEAVES.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
