INGREDIENTS
  1. YOGURT -----1 CUP (OR)
  2. CURD ----2 CUPS.
  3. MUSTERD SEEDS ----1 TSP
  4. GREEN CHILLY(CHOPPED) ----1 NO
  5. OIL ----1 TSP
    OPTIONAL: CORIANDER LEAVES.
    CURRY LEAVES.


PREPARATION

CURD SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTARD SEEDS,CHILLI.
MIX WITH THE CURD AND REFRIGEATE.TO KEEP CRISPYNESS . ADD MIXTUREAT THE TIME OF SERVING . SERVE CHILL.
THIS IS AN INSTANT RAITHA,THIS IS FOR UN-EXPECTED GUESTS
OR VEGETABLES ARE NOTAVAILABLE WE MAY PREPARE THIS EASILY. GOOD SIDE-DISH FOR VARIRTY RICE.
GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
