- CURD ----2 CUPS.
- COCONUT(GRATED)---4 TSP
- JEERA ----1 TSP
- JAGGERY (OR) SUGAR ----2 TSP
- SALT' -----1 PINCH
- SUGAR----2 TSP
FOR GARNISHING - SWEET BOONDI'S (OR) SUGAR CRYSTALS ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
- GREEEN GRAPES OR POMEGRANATE
OPTIONAL.
PREPARATION
WASH AND PEEL-OFF CARROT SKIN, GRATE AND KEEP ASIDE.CURD (OR)YOKURT SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
MIX CHOPPED CARROT,,COCONUT AND SALT(WE ADD 1 PINCH SALT TO INDUCE SWEETNESS)
WAIT FOR 10 MINS REFRIGEATE. AND SERVE CHILL.
INSTEAD OF CARROT,WE MAY ADD CHOPPED MANGOS.
GARNISH WITH SWEET BOONDI'S(OR)
