SWEET RAITHA

INGREDIENTS
  1. CARROT GRATED ---1 CUP
  2. YOGURT -----1 CUP (OR)
  3. CURD ----2 CUPS.
  4. COCONUT(GRATED)---4 TSP
  5. JEERA ----1 TSP
  6. JAGGERY (OR) SUGAR ----2 TSP
  7. SALT' -----1 PINCH
  8. SUGAR----2 TSP
    FOR GARNISHING
  9. SWEET BOONDI'S (OR) SUGAR CRYSTALS ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
  10. GREEEN GRAPES OR POMEGRANATE
    OPTIONAL.
PREPARATION

WASH AND PEEL-OFF CARROT SKIN, GRATE AND KEEP ASIDE.CURD (OR)YOKURT SHOULD BE VERY THICK.
MIX CHOPPED CARROT,,COCONUT AND SALT(WE ADD 1 PINCH SALT TO INDUCE SWEETNESS)
WAIT FOR 10 MINS REFRIGEATE. AND SERVE CHILL.
INSTEAD OF CARROT,WE MAY ADD CHOPPED MANGOS.

GARNISH WITH SWEET BOONDI'S(OR)
SUGAR CRYSTALS ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED MANGO FRUIT) OR
GREEEN GRAPES OR POMEGRANATE
OPTIONAL..
FOR SMALL FUNCTIONS WE PREPARE THIS RAITHA ,CHILDRENS WILL ENJOY .
