TOMOTO CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS
  1. TOMATO ---- 4 NOS
  2. COCONUT GRATED -----1/2 CUP (OPTIONAL)
  3. GINGER(GRATED)---1 TSP
  4. TAMARIND JUICE ----1 TSP
  5. RED CHILLY) ----3 NO
  6. SALT' TO TASTE.
  7. OIL ----1 TSP
  8. ONION, CORIANDER LEAVES ----EACH 2 TSP (CHOPPED)
    OPTIONAL.
    FOR TEMPERING
  9. MUSTERD SEEDS
  10. CURRY-LEAVES
PREPARATION

HEAT OIL,FRY GRATED COCONUT,TOMATO,ONION AND CHILLY. KEEP ASIDE.
ADD SALT,TAMARIND JUICE, GRIND NICELY. COCONUT IS OPTIONAL,WE CAN PREPARE
WITH TOMATO AND ONION.IT IS IN BEAUTIFUL RED COLOUR.
TEMPER WITH MUSTERD SEEDS,CURRY-LEAVES
MIX WELL,SERVE WITH ANY TIFFIN-ITEMS.

GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER.
