TOMATO RAITHA

INGREDIENTS
  1. SLICED TOMATOS ---1 CUP
  2. THICK CURD ----1CUP
  3. CHOPPED ONIONS -----1 CUP (OPTIONAL)
  4. OIL --2 TSP
    SALT TO TASTE. FOR TEMPERING
  5. MUSTERD SEEDS----1 TSP
  6. CURRY LEAVES -----1 STRING
    FOR GARNISHING CHOPPED CORIANDER..

PREPARATION

HEAT OIL,ADD MUSTERD SEEDS,CURRY LEAVES,ADD TOMATOES,STIR FEW MINS
.MIX WITH CURD SQUEESE CHOPPED ONIONS,(ONION JUICE MAY DILUTE RAITHA). AND,SALT WHILE SERVING.
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.
WE CAN ADD RAW TOMATOES ALSO
