PEPPER-JEERA RICE
Pepper is one of the medicinal valuable plant.siddha ,ayurvedic
and homeopahy medical experts proved this by so many experiments.
In anciant india pepper is an important trade item,helped for barter.
like pepper jeera also has medicinal values.both have cooling effect,and resist from
franko-plus,cold,indigestion,ulcer,stomach-pain and nassea.
improves digestion and resistance.controls fever also.
INGREDIENTS
jeera -1cup(100 gms)
pepper -5tsp(25 gms)
orad dhall-2 tsp
bengal gram-2tsp
curry leaves -2 strings
salt to taste
PREPARATION
fry all the above items in an empty kadai, make nice powder.eat with hot rice add ,ghee,gingly oil.
when you are fever aversion of food
definetly will give you relief.
