Podi(powder) rice

We can prepare so many varieties of podi's by using easily available things.
here we see some varities.
Ingrediants: 

Toor dhall powder
Pepper jeera powder
Curryleaves powder
fried gram(fried channa dal)
Garlic-mint powder
Coriander-mint powder
Ground-nut -chilli powder
Ginger-Neem powder
sesame -chilli podi
sesame-jaggery powder

Preparation: 

It is a trational and seasonal,timelyuseful ,easy preparation
Generally podi rice is opt and best with hot rice, and chips
papads.curd pachadi are  favourite side -dishes for everyone.
adding ghee,gingly -oil will enhance the taste and help digestion.
at the time of winter  rainy seasons when vegetables are not available,we can have this.
Nowadays we will prepare this for lunch-box also.
