sesame-chilli powder rice


 sesame-chilli powder rice
You can choose white (or)black sesame for this powder.
It is highly rich in iron,very important for boys particularly
in their teen-age.

INGREDIENTS-
  1. sesame (1cup)
  2. bengal gram(2 tsp)
  3. green peas(4 tsp)
  4. green (or) red chilli(2 nos)
  5. cashew nuts(2 tsp)
  6. ground nuts(2tsp)
  7. curry leaves- 2 strings
  8. coriander seeds(4tsp)
  9. salt to taste
    for decoration
PREPARATION-

For prepare coconut rice spread 2 cups boiled rice in plate add,grate coconut,
fry mustard seeds with orad dhall,bengal gram green peas,
red or green chillies,curryleaves, cashew nuts
decorate with nuts,grated carrots (optional).
