INGREDIENTS
- boiled rice -2 cups
- mint--1 bunch
- coriander -1/2 bunch
- onion -2
- green chillies--4 nos
- ginger-garlic paste--2 tsp
- mustard seeds--1tsp
- orad dhal --1tsp
- oil -4tsp
- nuts,coconut ("optional)
preparation
To prepare pudhina rice
wash , clean puhina(mint) and coriander .grind pudhina, small amount coriander leaves, small amount coconut,2,3 greenchillies finely.
pour 3 tsp oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,orad dhal cutted onions,ginger garlic paste
,deep fry for 5 mix the grind paste.
mix well.
add 4tsp oil with the rice ,slowly mix . for another 5 min's with little oil..
