PUDINA(MINT) RICE



PUDINA(MINT) RICE

We can use mint in our daily life in so many methods.
mint gives coolness to our body
,avoid cold,tooth decay,
and stomach pain due to heat and indigestion.It is rich in IRON AND VITAMIN "A".A GOOD MOUTH-FRESHNER


INGREDIENTS
  1. boiled rice -2 cups
  2. mint--1 bunch
  3. coriander -1/2 bunch
  4. onion -2
  5. green chillies--4 nos
  6. ginger-garlic paste--2 tsp
  7. mustard seeds--1tsp
  8. orad dhal --1tsp
  9. oil -4tsp
  10. nuts,coconut ("optional)
salt to taste


preparation
To prepare pudhina rice
wash , clean puhina(mint) and coriander .grind pudhina, small amount coriander leaves, small amount coconut,2,3 greenchillies finely.
pour 3 tsp oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,orad dhal cutted onions,ginger garlic paste
,deep fry for 5 mix the grind paste.
mix well.
add 4tsp oil with the rice ,slowly mix . for another 5 min's with little oil..
