SUZIANS


SUZIANS(MULTI-FILLINGS)


Most of the  deep-fried items are made by maida flour generaly
Let us see  some fillings(vegggies,coconut ,soya)
so we can get  nutritious , tasty item for evening snacks.


INGREDIENTS

MAIDA  -200gms

rice flour -50gms
these are basic for suzian.

filling is our choice
if we want to prepare veggie suzian
aloo----100gms

carrot----100gms

corn----50gms

onion----1 nos.
red chilli powder----2tsp
salt to taste.
green gram100gms

 gram100gms

grated coconut 1/2 cup


PREPARATION 

If you want you  can sprout the above grains.fry in low flame.
grind nicely.heat 2tsp  oil in a pan,add mustardseeds,orad dhal,chillies.add water  1;1 1/2(ratio)
for 1cup flour ,1 1/2 cups water.salt to taste,coconut (optional),stir without lumps.
eat like uppuma in this consistancy.otherwise make it balls,steam in a idliplate
(2) instead of chilles,salt we can add jaggery to make sweet-balls
for children.
